Your privacy
This notice explains what personal information RAPIDER Performance collects through this website, why, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
Who we are
RAPIDER Performance provides productivity and performance coaching. Tayub Mian is the founder, and we are the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us about privacy at rapider09@gmail.com, on WhatsApp at +44 7724 270005, or through the form on our contact page.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you send through our contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, your preferred time to talk and anything you tell us in your message.
- Assessment answers if you take the RAPIDER Performance Assessment: your first name, email address, your ratings and the priorities you choose. We use these to show you a profile on the page and to understand how we might help.
- Discovery call details when you book a time: your name, email, optional phone number, and the appointment date and time. We use these to confirm the call, send the optional introductory workbook, and email a reminder the day before.
- Digital tool requests: your name, email and the workbook you asked for. We use these to send payment details and, after payment, the PDF.
- Client hub record: your name, email, goals, actions, habit marks, assessment profile, session time and messages to your coach. We keep these so your hub is the same when you come back, including on another device through the link we email you.
- WhatsApp messages if you choose to message us there. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own privacy policy applies.
- Technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider processes to deliver the website and keep it secure.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, confirm a discovery call, send the optional workbook and a reminder, or send a paid digital tool after payment. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
- To deliver coaching if you become a client (contract).
- To run and secure this website (legitimate interests).
We don't sell your information. We only send occasional insights and updates if you tick that box on the assessment. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
- Netlify hosts this website and stores contact form submissions, your client hub record, and booked-call details used for the reminder email.
- CoachAccountable holds the appointment and your coaching login when you book a discovery call.
- Resend sends the confirmation, workbook and reminder emails.
- Meta (WhatsApp), only if you contact us on WhatsApp.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide coaching and meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
